To improve usability and to improve functionality to create a frictionless Multi-Cloud Management Platform experience. Understanding touch points, as a customer interacts with a product by curating insights, user testing, and observation showed us levels of pain points in the customer experience: interaction level, customer journey-level, and relationships; interaction, time, and financial costs. Where is the cognitive load? Where do we make the tradeoffs making better design decisions.

my role

My role was part of a larger team of 30-40 people on and off-site. As the UX design lead, I provided direction with user-centered design, design thinking and methods to produce deliverables, prototypes, and present to stakeholders and team members. Role UX/IxD
