ABout me
My passion is to create usable and desirable experiences for an audience. At the beginning of a design project, I make sense of quantitative and qualitative data insights by gathering requirements and conducting user research and testing. I am product designer with both UX/UI skills who is an excellent at ideation and user centered design methodology. By inquiring into the needs of users perceptions, preferences, and behaviors, I unfold insights into the best possible design solutions into concepts, by creating wireframes and user flows to demonstrate these insights. This serves for the underlying foundation, a template for the design thinking to evolve into visual layouts passed along as a guide to engineers. To validate a design, I am talented at crafting presentations that demonstrates the how and why the audience interacts with a product or service

What goes into a design to solve a problem for people who use the product? Design thinking, from the perspective of the user. Truly understanding their needs and expectations, while understanding what steers their preferences and behaviors with a product or service.
Parts of the user experience needs that matter; productivity, efficiency, durability, performance, reliability, safety, human error, sensory, usability, context of use, environments, discovery, structure, packaging, look & feel, engagement, feedback, personalization, accessibility, learnability, meaning, emotion, customization, privacy, all these are parts of the user experience that determine adoption and appropriation.
